Dave Pagnotta: “Yeah, and trying to get that business plan out of the way for teams with a lot of stars. If there’s an idea or a perception that hey, these guys aren’t going to be long-term fixtures on the team, you’ve got to be proactive and see if you can maximize your return. And depending on what that is, if you can make the world a complete talent, trade for talent, take out a star and change to the world. from there.”
