Days of Our Lives July Sweeps Predictions: Cat’s Shocking Confessions and Brutal Deaths
Days of Our Lives forecast program including July Sweeps, which runs from June 25 to July 20, including Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) who makes a shocking confession about her side job. And we might see Lexie Carver (Renée Jones) succumb to her symptoms and die again.

Days of Our Lives: EJ Burns Sarah for Drug Investigation of DiMera Enterprises
Our first prediction, EJ fires Sarah to investigate DiMera Enterprises Pharmaceuticals. Summer spoilers confirm that EJ fires Sarah with the explanation that he doesn’t need her help. Not much context except that Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) also has some pill drama going on.
So, I suspect that EJ is using that as some kind of cover because Sarah has Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) coming in on them. DiMera Enterprises Pharmaceuticals. And we know EJ doesn’t like people meddling in his business, especially his dirty dealings.
The suspicious deaths of Clea and Destiny Rowland (Sarah Bartholomew) prompt Sarah and Brady to investigate. DiMera Enterprises Pharmaceuticals. And even though Brady doesn’t like it, Xander helps too. And this week, Rita gives EJ the heads up that there might be trouble. And it looks like there were a bunch of bad pills that had arsenic in them and they ended up buried near the Horton house because it’s very difficult to get arsenic out because it’s really hard to destroy.
There are only certain ways to do it and all those ways are registered. So, to make matters worse, EJ’s son, Johnny, is the CEO of DiMera Enterprises, and get involved in digging deeper into the mystery of the dirty pills, and shooting Sarah won’t stop the investigation, and may even make it worse.
Lexie’s Final Chapter on DOOL
Our second prediction, Lexie dies again. The big promo of the summer has Lexie in the hospital with Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) by her side, and Abe is angry at EJ for getting out. This is where he comes to see his beloved sister. So, I suspect during July’s sweep, we see Lexie’s health take a turn for the worse. He may die while sweeping. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) conducted some experiments. He gave Lexie another dose of the miracle serum.
But it may not be enough for a miracle. Actress Nikki Crawford continues Days it is likely to end. Theo, Abe, and Lexie will all be devastated that her new lease is being canceled. And EJ is worried, too. I think Dr. Rolf will want to freeze her again in a cryogenic pod to try to bring her back another time, but I bet Lexie will refuse that.
Days of Our Lives: The Return of Sydney’s Peril
Our third prediction, Sydney returns to Salem and her life is in danger. We heard EJ say that Sydney is coming to see him after school is out in Italy. So that means any day now we could have EJ and Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) daughter Sydney arriving in Salem to shake things up with the teenage and college scene.
His brother Johnny will be happy to see him and so will the other DiMera’s. Also, Sydney’s scheming aunt Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) just called her out of the blue. And she may have been asking Sydney to check on her father. Or Kristen might try to kill him like she did with Johnny. Or Kristen might kidnap him to hold him as a force against EJ.
Days of Our Lives: The Shocking Confessions of a Cat in Chad
Our fourth prediction. Cat tells Chad that she is a spy this summer. In the promo, Cat confronts an angry Chad who has been holding back on her, but it seems to be about her role as EJ’s assistant and possibly gaining access to information about her brother’s sins. We know Cat has been spying on EJ the ISA for a long time, and Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) just told her not to honeypot EJ, but Cat didn’t listen. And Andrew said, “Kati you better not sleep with EJ.” And we know Kati is risking her life playing with EJ like this. We know DiMera is the cat Chad really wants.
And when he confronts Cat in the middle Horton Square this summer, speaking of cover-ups and cover-ups, I suspect she might confide in Chad that she’s an ISA agent, but swear him to secrecy. I actually think he will keep Cat’s promise and Chad might be okay with Cat interrogating EJ if she tells Chad some of the bad things EJ has been doing, especially when people die and he covers it up.
Roman Heart Returns to Marlena on DOOL
Our fifth prediction, Roman breaks up with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and pursues Marlena. We saw Roman Brady get fired up and angry that Kate lied to him and was blaming his grandson Johnny for the alleged letter. And right now, Roman is actually so mad that he and Kate sleep in separate beds. And he’s angry that Roman is dependent on his ex-wife, Marlena.
You know, when John Black (Drake Hogestyn) was alive, Kate wasn’t threatened by Roman and Marlena’s ongoing friendship. But with John gone for a year now, Kate has to realize there’s a legitimate threat out there. Roman and Marlena have a past. They have twins together. And Roman is angry with Kate for betraying her family. So, Kate feels vulnerable right now and could do another stupid thing pushing Roman to Marlena. One day when Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and Marlena were talking, she encouraged Julie to open her heart and said that Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) would want Julie to be happy. And the same can be said for John where Marlena is concerned.
Days of Our Lives: Kelsey’s Medical Crisis Brings Happiness and Alex Closer
Our sixth prediction, Kelsey’s medical emergency brings Joy and Alex closer together. Summer’s promo has Alex and Joy at the hospital and she’s worried and Alex asks Joy, “Where’s Kelsey?” Then Njabulo falls into Alex’s arms for relief. So, there is already chaos in his marriage because Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) shot a pot on Joy. Luckily, she missed and now Joy won’t let Stephanie around Kelsey, which means Alex will be spending time alone with Joy to see Kelsey.
So, it looks like Alex’s daughter will have some kind of life scare, and that problem could bring Joy and Alex closer. Close enough to probably drive Stephanie away. Remember how Sarah and Xander loved each other when their daughter had pneumonia? It could be something like that. We know Joy came to Salem hoping to steal Alex away from Stephanie and plans to use the baby to make it happen. However, if Kelsey is sick, I don’t think Joy’s agenda will be at the forefront of her mind. But it can still happen anyway Days of Our Lives.
Chanel’s High Risk Pregnancy Takes Alternate Days
Our seventh and final prediction. Chanel and Johnny’s baby is coming prematurely, and Chanel and the baby may both be in danger. Summer’s promo shows him in a hospital bed, with Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) checking on him. Chanel is bleeding and panicking as Kayla rushes everyone out of the room.
Chanel recently had her port inserted to start her chemo while pregnant. And both miscarriage and bleeding are known complications of chemotherapy during pregnancy. So we know for sure that Chanel is going to bleed and may go into labor prematurely. Johnny and Chanel knew from the beginning that this would be a very dangerous pregnancy.
But her diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer will increase the risk. Thankfully, Chanel and Johnny have great support and little Tate Black (Leo Howard) to keep their sanity. But judging by the promo teaser, their new baby may be born prematurely, which spells trouble. And bleeding, chemo, cancer, and early labor can all put Chanel at risk for complications, too.
