Years before birth Love Island USA, Tierra “Titi” Davis is accused of threatening a high school girl who allegedly believed she was dating an ex-boyfriend.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, June 30, a woman named Call Woodard filed a restraining order against Davis starting in 2018, alleging that he was assaulted on October 2 of that year.
“He threatened to shoot me with a gun if he saw me,” Woodard said in court documents. “I live with my mother and my little brother, and this is the one I live with all the time. They could be shot in the line of fire.”
Wooward said he did not know Davis and described him as “a friend of my classmate at another school.”
He said the alleged abuse took place in September and October 2018 before things got serious.
“[I was] hit multiple times in the face, arms and upper body,” Woodard said in court papers before sharing other allegations of abuse. “Threatening phone calls, Instagram messages, texts, Snapchat messages. … I couldn’t concentrate.”
As for what led to the altercation, Woodward suspected that the boy might have passed out.

Ben Symons/Peacock“I know her ex-boyfriend (they are no longer in a relationship) but she and I are not dating even though that is what she is accusing,” he said in the court documents. “He started harassing me over the phone that day on 10/2/18….when he kept asking me where I studied….He was going to find me.”
Although a temporary restraining order was issued, the case was dismissed by a judge in December 2018 who looked at the evidence presented by both sides. (TMZ he was the first to report the news.)

Davis entered season 8 of Love Island USA earlier this month as part of Casa Amor. The contestant – who described herself as a nanny, model and dancer – has built a strong bond with KC Chapmanwho was once associated with OG Islander Aniya Harvey.
When Chapman chose to follow Davis instead of Harvey, many actors expressed their disappointment in the show.
Davis, however, stood up for her new man and told the islanders, “Shout out, I’m Titi!”
