Swift was first linked to Travis in September 2023 when she was seen cheering him on at a Kansas City Chiefs game in the room with his mother, Donna Kelce. While some fans were surprised to see Swift make a quick connection with Travis’ family, the pop star later clarified in December 2023. TIME in the discussion that he and Travis were already “a couple” when he went to his first Chiefs game.
Throughout the NFL season, Swift was spotted with Donna and Travis’ father, Ed Kelcemany times, but Swifties was most eager to see him spend time with his brother, Jason Kelceand Kylie. An opportunity arose when the Chiefs played Jason’s team, the Philadelphia Eagles, in November 2023, but Swift was unable to attend the game due to a rescheduled concert in South America.
The couple finally crossed paths with Swift two months later when they supported Travis and the Chiefs in the playoffs against the Buffalo Bills — and Jason made a memorable debut by taking off his shirt in the suite and jumping onto the field. Before arguing with her husband and going back inside, Kylie was seen chatting with Swift.
Seeing Swift’s “seamless” fit with her family “means everything” to Travis, a source exclusively told Us in January 2024. “It’s like she’s known her family forever, and she loves that about her,” added the insider.

The ‘likes’ of social media
Kylie has subtly shown her support for Swift more than once on social media, including double-tapping the singer’s Instagram photo and Miles Telleryour wife, Keleigh Tellerat the Golden Globe Awards in January 2024. One month earlier, Kylie “liked” a post from Today show with Swift’s longtime attorney, Tree paincalling out DeuxMoi for sharing unconfirmed reports about Swift and her lover Joe Alwyn.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed that Swift did the same thing in January 2024 when she “liked” a video on the “New Heights” Instagram feed about Kylie. A month later, Kylie returned the favor by liking the Instagram The post Swift Announces Her 11th Album, Ministry of Victimized Poetsat the 2024 Grammys.
After Jason and Kylie announced in November 2024 that they are expecting child 4, Taylor also dropped “likes” on the post.
Chiefs game
The long-awaited crossover finally happened in January 2024 when Kylie and her husband joined Swift at the stadium for the Chiefs vs. Bills. Kylie was snapped chatting with the pop star before Jason’s shirtless thugs stole the limelight.

Travis assured his brother that Swift was “absolutely in love” with him spending time with them in the suite. Soon after the game, Travis’s friend Aric Jones shared a photo of himself and Swift standing with Kylie as they celebrated the Chiefs victory.
Swift and Kylie were later seen watching the Chiefs home game on December 14, 2025, where they were joined by Kylie and Jason’s daughters.
A Couple of Cat Lovers
While some devoted “New Heights” listeners thought Swift might make a surprise appearance on the December 2023 holiday episode — which featured a “revolving door” of special guests — they were instead treated to an extended interview with Kylie. (Donna and Ed also dropped by for a podcast episode.)

During her segment, Kylie revealed a lot of similarities between herself and Swift. “Here’s the deal, I told Jason I wanted to get a cat and he said no,” she said at the time, teasing that Travis could help swing the vote because of his relationship with Swift, a famous cat lover. “I think you might like cats now. I don’t want you to send a cat, I just want you to join my team here.”
Travis was easily convinced, asking his sister-in-law, “What color cat do you want?”

Kylie identified her oldest daughter, Wyatt, as a Swift fan in an adorable TikTok video in October 2023. “Just another quick tryna learn football, or a kid trying to avoid sleep. Who knows,” Kylie teased in a snap, filming herself and Wyatt watching an Eagles game. (Wyatt’s excitement for his teammate AJ BrownPink colors quickly increase.)
Two months later, Kylie referenced Swift again while showing how much Wyatt has grown. “If you’re going to try to make an article about this, you better suggest a better sound… because there isn’t one,” she wrote in December 2023, including Swift’s “Never Grow Up” in the background of her video.

When the world tour ended, Kylie revealed that her daughters had a copy of it Taylor Swift: The Little Golden Book Biography. The best-selling book about the Grammy winner was revealed in an Instagram video where Kylie was picking up toys and documenting her daily life at home.
Two Days
When asked if she and Jason were in a double relationship with Travis and Swift, Kylie replied on the February 2025 episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, “Technically, yes, I would say. It was at home.”
Kylie admitted that she is not sure if she ate the cooked food. “I don’t know if I really ate the food,” Kylie said. “This is going to sound awful, I didn’t really eat that because I was eight weeks pregnant.” (Kylie revealed in November 2024 that she and Jason are expecting their fourth child.)
While recalling the beginning of her friendship with Swift, Kylie confirmed that they met face to face for the first time at the Chiefs and Bills game in January 2024. “People are very disturbed by this. [the meeting] about, ‘Well, why didn’t they meet, they avoid.’ I’m not avoiding anyone,” Kylie said, adding that she’s ready to meet “anyone,” but especially “the person Travis is dating.”
The host Alex Cooper asked Kylie how she found out Travis was dating the pop star. “I suppose your family would have been told this somehow?” Cooper asked, and Kylie replied, “We weren’t. … [Jason] and I got together, but we knew before they started hard to go to the game. ” (Swift first attended a Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears in September 2023.)
Mother’s Day Memories
After months of secrecy, Swift and her boyfriend were spotted in Philadelphia in May 2025 while celebrating Mother’s Day. Photos have surfaced on social media showing Swift sitting with Kylie during a delicious brunch. Jason later confirmed that Entertainment Tonight that Swift met her fourth daughter with Kylie, Finn, who was born two months ago.

During the August 2025 episode of “Not Gonna Lie,” Kylie celebrated Swift’s appearance on “New Heights,” joking that she was excited that Swift’s interview on the Kelce brothers’ podcast would finally “lose its long-standing reign as the most-watched episode.”
Kylie also addressed the hype surrounding Swift’s first-ever podcast interview, saying, “It’s so fun to watch the internet break. It’s falling apart. And I love it.”
During her podcast debut, Swift recalled her first words to Kylie and Jason when they met at the Chiefs vs. Bills game in 2024. “I didn’t know what you were told,” he said to Jason. “I knew that one of the first things I saw you say to Kylie [was]’I just finished shooting beers with the Bills Mafia and wanted to stop by one of the fire tables.’ … You go, ‘OK. Can’t we do that right now?’”
Swift joked, “Since then, I’ve heard him say the same thing to your 4-year-old.”

When Travis appeared on Kylie’s “Not Gonna Lie” podcast in February 2026, the two answered questions from listeners, including one about whether there was a group chat with their significant others.
“Don’t say ‘none of your business,’ because I tell people that all the time here,” Kylie told her brother-in-law as he hesitated to answer.
Travis laughed before confirming, “There’s definitely a group chat.”
In the same episode, Kylie praised how Travis and Swift have bonded with Jason’s daughters. “When you and Taylor are around … well, Bennie thinks his legs don’t work,” he joked. And the big girls say, ‘You can throw us seven hours straight.’
