90 Day Partner star Pedro Jimino He is engaged to a girlfriend Valentina Malagon four years after his separation from his ex-wife Chantel Everett.
“Me and Valentina, we got a big, big announcement to tell you because we’re engaged! We’re getting married,” Jimeno, 34, said in a video accompanying Malagon uploaded to Instagram on Tuesday, June 23. “I proposed to Valentina in Hawaii.”
Malagon shared in the clip that he was “very surprised” by the proposal but in the end it was “amazing” what happened.
“On the day of the proposal, I [said]’We’re going to the best place in Hawaii, the best restaurant.’ And we walk for an hour,” Jimeno remembers. “When we went to the place it was empty, in the middle of nowhere. And he was like, ‘Really? This is not a restaurant.’ He was a little angry because he was hungry. But I did it!”
The couple also explained that they want to start the wedding planning process “very soon” and want to hold the ceremony in Colombia, the Dominican Republic or the United States.
Jimeno also recalled how he and Malagon’s “amazing connection” has grown since they met in Tulum.
“My life [has] he changed with Valentina. You love me so much,” he said before the two ended the video with a sweet kiss.
Jimeno also included a special message for his fiancee.
“Today we don’t just celebrate ‘yes.’ We celebrate the moment when two paths, two stories, and two dreams decided to become one forever,” he wrote in the caption of the document. “Valentina came into my life as an answer, as a blessing that God placed on my path to show me that true love is not something you look for … it’s something you see.”
Jimeno continued, “Through him, I learned that peace has a name, that a home can live in one way, and that the future is built by hand with a person who lifts you up, respects you, and loves you truly.” Today, our greatest story begins: a story of faith, purpose, and undying love.
Jimeno also expressed his gratitude for having Malagon as his partner in life.
“Thank you, my love, for choosing this journey with me,” he shared. “What’s to come will be better than what we dreamed of … because you, every day I’m becoming a better man. I love you.”
Before dating Malagon, Jimeno was married to her Chantel Everett. Ex-exes were featured on 90 Day Fiance season 4 and their spinoff show Family Chantel. After a controversial split, Jimeno and Everett divorced in 2022.
