How Trump Got Into Taylor Swift’s Wedding Day

A few hours earlier Taylor Swift again Travis Kelce expected to marry, President Donald Trump has thrown herself into the conversation by sharing an Eras Tour themed poster featuring herself.
X’s White House account shared a photo on Thursday, July 2, inspired by Swift’s Eras Tour poster, which features a black-and-white photo of Trump, 80, with his fist in the air. With Trump’s image at the center of the poster, he was surrounded by colorful portraits of historical figures including the President. George Washington again Abraham Lincoln.
Other images on the poster captured historic moments in American history including a hockey game, the moon landing and a late World War II photo of a US Navy sailor kissing a woman in Times Square.
“It’s been a long time coming…” the caption read, referencing Swift’s 2019 single “Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince.”
The White House account may have shared this in an attempt to harass Swift, who has been critical of Trump.
Administrations have been known to post videos mocking their critics, and the White House previously uploaded a TikTok of Trump and his administration featuring Swift’s “The Fate of Ophelia” in November 2025.
“OUR VIBES 🇺🇸,” the caption reads as the 22-second clip features a series of images tied to Swift’s lyrics.

“Keep it high in the world, in the sea, in the sky / Pledge loyalty to your hands, your team, your vibes,” Swift sings on the track. “You don’t care where the hell you’ve been ’cause now you’re mine / It’s gonna be the sleepless nights you’ve been dreaming of.”
After the clip was released, a White House official said Us Weekly that “they made this video because we knew the fake news companies would give them a huge boost. Congratulations, you’re screwed.”
The latest Swift-themed White House post was shared hours before the “Love Story” singer is set to marry Kelce, 36, at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday, July 3.
Not much is known about this event, and the guests themselves are said not to have received much information before the event. However, one source was only told Us that the event will be a “super surprise” for visitors.
Swift and Kelce announced their engagement in August 2025 by sharing a photo of the Kansas City Chiefs star getting down on one knee. “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” Swift joked in the caption of the post.
