Hilary Duff Responds To Shady’s Comment About Vacation Outfits

Hilary Duff she reacts slyly to offhand comments about her travel wardrobe.
The actress and singer, 38, is still dating Lucky Me Tour in support of his sixth album, Luck… or Somethingwhich was released in February, but not everyone was blown away by his decision to sneer on stage.
A fan came to Duff’s defense on Instagram on Wednesday, July 1, sharing a video of Duff’s various outfit changes on tour in response to a TikTok comment that said the singer “obviously didn’t spend money on her wardrobe. Are you wearing pants?”
“He’s actually a badass who made 5 quick changes while playing,” a fan wrote on the video.
“The Queen herself looked beautiful in every outfit 🔥🤩😍 @hilaryduff you are badass and I strive to look as good as you after 4 kids!” A fan captioned their video, which drew Duff’s attention, because he “liked” the post.
Earlier this year, the Lizzie McGuire alum released his first studio album in over a decade.
“I’m often asked how I still have a headache after growing up in this industry,” Duff said in a November 2025 announcement. Good luck… or somethingg. “The title of the album is my way of answering that question. It’s lucky, but it also has the weight of ‘…or something.’ A lot of the things I’ve experienced along the way are caught there, and I feel that ultimately that’s what shapes me.”
One of the songs on the album, “Mature,” is about a relationship Duff once had with an older man.

It was very short with someone older than me, and that was illegal, but it wasn’t right when you took so long away from them,” he said. It’s a luxury in February. “Everybody’s guessing, but I’m not sure they got it right. … I think it’s very reasonable and it’s hard to defend certain things that happened in my life. But one thing I will say is, working as an adult since I was 10 years old, it’s very difficult to have relationships with people your age.”
Duff began Lucky Me Tour in West Palm Beach, Florida, on June 21. He will perform in the US, UK, Australia and Canada before closing the tour in Mexico City in February 2027. The set includes songs from his new album and hits like “So Yesterday,” “Come Clean” and “Wake Up.”
