Father Paul is asking a Utah court to review his request for a restraining order against his ex-wife Taylor Frankie Paul.
According to online court records viewed by Us WeeklyTate, 32, filed a motion Wednesday, July 1, for reconsideration and submitted several exhibits.
Tate also included text messages allegedly showing Taylor, 32, who did not disclose why she was hospitalized. (Source previously mentioned Us that Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star entered a rehabilitation center to stay voluntarily. Since then he was removed and left.)
The documents are said to show Taylor admitting that she is stopping hitting her ex Dakota Mortensen when he recorded their interactions. (The duo remains in a custody battle surrounding their son Ever, 2)
Tate also submitted phone logs and text messages involving members of Taylor’s immediate family. (TMZ he was the first to report the news.)
Us has reached out to Tate and Taylor’s attorneys for further comment.
Tate — who shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 6 and Taylor – filed a motion to a temporary ban against his ex-wife in a Utah court on Tuesday, June 30. One day later, the The court denied Tate’s request.

Tate and Taylor married in 2016 before calling it quits in 2022. Meanwhile, Taylor revealed in a TikTok video that part of the reason for their split was that she crossed the line in their tender agreement by going “all the way” with another man.
Earlier this year, Taylor showed signs that she is on good terms with her ex-husband.
