Sami Sheen gives fans an update on his health after kidney failure and a brief hospitalization.
“Here’s an update that no one asked for: I didn’t spend the night in the hospital,” said Sheen, 22, in a video shared on TikTok on Saturday, June 27. “I went to a nice Italian dinner and spent the whole night feeling like I was going to vomit. And I had to get a CT scan and they injected that contrast in *** all over my body.
He continued, “And they gave me a new antibiotic called Bactrim and I’ve only heard bad things about this drug, so I haven’t started it yet. I was supposed to start this morning and it’s almost 2 p.m.”
The OnlyFans star captioned the post, “I’m tired of feeling like poo.”
Previously, Sheen – the daughter of Charlie Sheen again Denise Richards – revealed that he was in the hospital after failing to take the UTI “seriously.”

“This is the result of not taking UTI seriously,” he said in another TikTok video shared at the time, which showed the reality TV star wearing a hospital gown and bed munching on crackers. So, if you guys have a UTI, why don’t you take the antibiotics and take them as the doctor says because guess who didn’t? Me. And guess who’s in the hospital now?
He continued, “Fingers crossed I don’t have to sleep here.”
A UTI, or urinary tract infection, occurs when there is a bacterial infection in the urinary tract, according to the Mayo Clinic. If neglected or not treated properly, the infection can spread to one or both kidneys, which can cause serious organ damage or result in a potentially life-threatening blood infection.
After revealing his diagnosis, Sheen then showed off his hospital food, which included graham crackers, saline crackers, pudding, jello and ice water.

In his Saturday update, Sheen also revealed a “mystery man” who doubles as his nurse.
“I had a nurse take care of me,” he said, before a man’s voice could be heard off camera. “Mysterious nurse.” (Sheen was romantically linked Aiden David before confirming their split in October 2024. Earlier this year, he sued his sister, Lola Sheenof dating a mysterious ex-boyfriend behind her back. His sister denied the allegations.)
The mystery male nurse tending to Sheen as he continues to recover was never featured in the updated video.
“But yes, people keep commenting and asking me if I’m okay,” he concluded, “and the answer is no.”
