Inside Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll’s Breakup: What Went Wrong?

Bunny Xo ready to shed light on what went wrong in her marriage of almost 10 years Jelly Roll.
“My family has always been very important to me, and when I said those vows with him, I really meant them,” Bunnie, 46, shared on the Thursday, June 18, episode of “Dumb blonde” podcast. “J was my third marriage, and frankly, I don’t like marriage very much. F***ing three times you’re out, and you’re tired. Listen, I’ll admit it if something is wrong, and maybe the marriage isn’t like that.”
Jelly Roll, 41, quietly filed for divorce in a Tennessee courthouse on May 18. However, news of the breakup did not become public until Monday, June 15.
While breaking his silence on the split, Bunnie explained what led to the rapper’s decision to officially end the marriage.
“Open up Mother’s Daywe had a little argument, which I don’t think details are necessary. I was so fed up and tired that I just looked at her and said, ‘Well, file the divorce papers,'” she said. Even though my husband has said it many times because he’s a runner.”
The two did not speak for a week. Finally, the “Need a Favor” singer decided it was time to take legal action to end her marriage.
“At that time, he was so mad and we were so upset that he finally did what I told him and filed the divorce papers. Did I disagree? And was this divorce mutual? No, it wasn’t mutual,” she said. “Even though I told him to file the divorce papers, I was speaking out of anger and frustration.”

I was riding with my mom until the tires fell off. I don’t care. I felt like we deserved the opportunity to get help. The way and I respect it. It’s taken me a month and a half now to respect that.
During his New York concert on Thursday, Jelly Roll break the peace in separation. The singer told the audience that he will always be “best friends” with Bunnie and said that “every word” on his latest podcast is true.
“No one deceived anyone,” he added. “That will be my best friend forever. This is the only time I will ever talk about it.”
Elsewhere on her podcast, Bunnie shared details about her communication skills with Jelly Roll. He admitted that the two have never been able to disagree.
“We were the type of couple that never argued. So, he would hold things in the middle. I would cooperate, and that would lead to disaster,” she said. We always preach that you should be comfortable with uncomfortable conversations, and we did that for 8 years. Then last year and a half, we got away from that because we live a different life now.”
Bunnie asked her husband to divorce her he is “dating” again and “rejoice in him.” The podcast host, however, said that he personally enjoys “finding himself single” and living in a good place with Jelly Roll.
“I’m joking with him, I can say, ‘You didn’t pay attention to me in the marriage, but you took care of me in the divorce,’ he said. “Thank you, Lord. I’m allowed to say that because it’s true.”
