Ben Savage Wrote About Company Between Boy Meets World Drama

Like his debut Boy Meets World The costars publicly discuss their breakup, Ben Savage shared a cryptic social media post about who she spends time with in this chapter of her life.

“Great company,” Savage, 45, captioned two Instagram photos on Monday, June 15, which show her proudly holding her daughter, 7 months, in a backless suit. (Savage and wife Tessa Angermeier they did not publicly mention the name of their daughter, the couple’s first child.)

“Ben refused to do it [“Pod Meets World” recap] podcast, but we’re still in touch with him, [were] we’re still friends, we thought,” Strong, 46, said in the documentary. “He unfollowed us on Instagram and blocked our phone numbers. I’m sorry you’re missing out on the experience Danielle and Will had.” (“Pod Meets World” hosts Strong, Fishel, 45, and Friedle, 49, launch the podcast in June 2022.)

In Doctor Meets WorldFriedle is seen trying to write to Savage, showing the camera-years of messages he sent her without getting a response. He added that he tries to text Savage “probably at least once a month” in hopes of getting a response one day.

“I really miss him. He’s one of the funniest people I’ve ever met in my life,” Friedle is seen telling Strong in the documentary.

Fishel spoke to him Us about Savage’s absence from the trio’s podcast in July 2022, saying at the time there was a lot of discussion about how to get Savage on the project. “We discussed all the ways we could do it, and at the end of our discussion, Ben said, ‘I don’t think it’s because of me.’ And we get it. Savage, for his part, has never publicly commented on any rift between himself and his former player Boy Meet the World costars, but Bonnie Bartlettthe wife of William Danielswho played teacher and mentor George Feeny in the series, told Page Six in May that the actors did not always hear each other while filming. “They had problems working together as they … grew up,” he told the outlet. “They did well – all of them. That’s very unusual for actors with children. They did a good job of that. They’re good people. They’re all good people.”
