General Hospital star Steve Burton he is said to have accused his ex-wife, Sheree Gustinwho is accused of interfering in his relationship with their children.
Burton, 55, accused Gustin, 49, of “blatant discrimination against the parents” in newly obtained court documents TMZ. The soap star said Gustin often puts up barriers and creates conflict about their final arrangement of an 11-year-old daughter in Brooklyn. (Burton and Gustin share older children Makena and Jack.)
Burton went on to say that Gustin does not seem to agree with his marriage Michelle Lundstromthe actress he married in 2025, and that Gustin refused to “recognize Michelle’s role as my wife.”
Burton and Gustin were married since 1999 and separated in 2022, when they adopted their three children.
Gustin has not spoken publicly about the alleged estrangement of the parents. Us Weekly has reached the comment.
TMZ also reported that Gustin denied Burton’s allegations, noting that he didn’t want his daughter to be away from home for more than three weeks and that he is flexible when it comes to parenting.
Burton and Gustin they finalized their divorce in 2023agreeing to share joint legal and physical custody. She also agreed to pay Gustin $12,500,500 a month in child support until April 2024, after which the payments drop to $10,000 monthly.
The previous women amended their jail terms in January before returning to court. Burton agreed May filings received by Us Weekly that Guston “systematically refused to honor” the facility that allowed him to visit every summer and two weeks off in Brooklyn.

“This is cheating. You signed the order. So the response should have been, ‘Hey Brook your dad is with you a lot this summer’ … but I know the most important thing to you is that he doesn’t spend time with us,” Burton wrote in a text to Gustin on March 14, 2026, according to the file. “Jobs don’t take time away from family…and this is something you signed up for and you decided to ignore that and now you put it on Brook…and now you find out dad won’t let you…when you should have said it wouldn’t work. So now you’ll know you made a mistake and we have to plan my weeks.”
Gustin then denied the cheating allegations in a text response, writing, “No it’s not. I told you that you wanted to do bodyguards. You knew this.”
Gustin also shares two young daughters with her current husband, Jason Amador.
