If anyone has mastered the art of aging, that is Sarah Michelle Gellar. The actress may not be in her 20s anymore (she’s 49, for that matter), but she still looks he – aka the same kickass queen we dated Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Malicious Intentions and a million other iconic credits on his IMDB. His secret isn’t finding the fountain of youth or going under the knife for some makeover procedure. It’s actually a $26 cream you can buy at the drugstore.
On more than one occasion, the scene-stealing star has raved about Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream, a tried-and-true, anti-wrinkle facial moisturizer that’s currently 30% off during Amazon’s summer beauty event. While Gellar might technically speaking has been an Olay partner, appearing in the brand’s campaigns, that doesn’t detract from the fact that the cream is, as he puts it, “an old cult.” Gellar is just one fan in a long list, and Amazon’s 4.6-star rating, coupled with a seller who sold more than 5,000 containers last month, proves it.

The reason why the cream is so popular with both celebrities and everyday beauty lovers alike is its clinically tested formula that includes three powerful antioxidant peptides. The trio works to fight wrinkles while supporting collagen, producing visibly firmer skin in just one week and improving deep wrinkles in four. Throw in some barrier-boosting niacinamide and hydrating Vitamin B5, and this blend won’t just make lines disappear — it’ll leave your skin smooth and glowing with each use.
In the ad, Gellar said the cream delivers “amazing results without drastic measures,” but technically, we don’t do it I need a celebrity to say that. The customer reviews are convincing enough on their own, many (even those in their 70s and 80s!) say the results are shockingly good and that the product leaves no greasy residue.
“This stuff really works!” one person wrote. “I was skeptical, but my skin has never looked better, and people have noticed a difference, too. People think I’ve had Botox! I’m using a night cream now too, but I’ve been using this for a long time so that’s good in itself.”
“Olay has been part of my regimen for years,” said one consumer. “The Regenerist cream is great. It’s light, non-greasy and absorbs quickly into the skin. The scent is very mild, and I’ve used a fragrance-free one. It spreads easily and goes far. The biggest thing is that it smoothes the skin and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. I tried a different prescription skin cream, which is more expensive, for a few months, and my skin looked fine. I went back to Olay and within a week my skin was soft, smooth and younger looking.”
Honestly, if Gellar was promoting something more expensive, we’d be down to try that, too. Her skin looks so good! But the fact that his anti-aging cream is under $30 on sale? Well, that’s a big bonus. We’ll be adding a few to our cart while they’re on sale!
